Visit Diskit Monastery belonging to the 14th century, this monastery is considered to be the largest and oldest monastery in Nubra Valley. Also known as Diskit Gompa, the monastery's most prominent attraction is the huge Maitreya Buddha statue atop it, which was inaugurated by HH Dalai Lama. Later On Visit Sand Dunes of Nubra Valley and can enjoy ride of Double hump camel ride. These camels are very special and rare in the world, Which only finds in India after Mongolia. Pangong Lake is a salt water body of 120 km in length and 6 – 7 Km broad at the longest point. It is bisected by the international border between India & China (2/3 of the lake is in China’s possession). Visit the exact location of the famous movie “Three idiots” & enjoy outing along the banks of the lake. One really feels very close to nature at Pangong Lake with its scenic surroundings. On a clear sunny day, you can see seven colour formations in the crystal-clear salt water lake. Overnight stay in Pangong Camp. A sumptuous dinner with a chit-chat session would bring an end to the day. we will ride back to Leh, crossing Changla Pass 17,350 ft. (One Of the Highest Motorable road in the world). The ride will leave you spellbound with beautiful views and mind-blowing landscape. Enroute visit Rancho School (Known as 3 Idiot School), Thikshey & Shey Monestary.
