The Rapidophilia team will be there to guide you once you register/pay for a trek. You will get a confirmation email as well as WhatsApp message with unique booking PNR number.
Our registration process is entirely an online process. You'll be able to complete it in a few simple steps:
Head to the upcoming treks page and choose a trek from given form.
Select a date of your choice and fill other details. Then click on register.
Go through the eligibility criteria and terms and conditions (don’t ignore this step) 
We have 24 X 7 help line number to assist you at any point of time during your travel. We shall also give you mobile nos. of executives who you may call in case of any need.
Aadhaar Card is preferred or any other government ID proof having name, age and complete address. You can also have soft copy in your mobile phone.
Rapidophilia gives you option of full refund as well as change the trek or booking date whichever suitable.
Q9. Can we change the booking date if we are not able to join at our booking date?
It may be possible and solely depends on the group size and vendor's agreement. Rapidophilia will take the final decision.

You're welcome to join us as a solo woman trekker. We take great pride in knowing that 25% of our trekkers are women, many of whom trek solo with us. This percentage means that there are usually at least 3-4 women in any trekking batch. So you can comfortably join us on a trek as a solo woman trekker.
In the rare case that you are the only woman in the group, we let you know about it and give you the option to either continue in the same group or shift you to another group or trek.
When you're on the trek, our Trek Leaders are sensitized to handle all kinds of women's issues. So whether you're on your period or anything is making you uncomfortable, you can speak to our Trek Leader.
Regarding your safety and privacy, you will stay with another woman in a tent. Mostly, we will also have separate toilet tents for men and women. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask questions to assigned operator.
